The Public Blog is for all residents of Lake Travis Marina.

The primary purpose of this blog is to provide a communication platform for marina events and issues.

3/29/2017 Update

  1. Ship Store– the  38 year old ship store platform is being rebuilt and refloated, we anticipate the store reopening mid to late April.  While the ship store has been rebuild a couple of times over the last 3 decades the platform has not and was sinking and no longer able to be repaired. Once reopened the store will also begin serving hamburgers & hotdogs.
  2. Spider Problem Solution In The Works– We will be replacing all of the over head lighting with eye level LED lighting.  This will significantly cut down on the bug & spider problem.
  3. Information Blog –The board of directors has set up a public and owners blog at www.ltmnews.net to help communicate information about things going on around the marina. Slip owners can register for the blog at www.ltmnews.net/owners  You can also still go to www.laketravismarina.com and click on “owner/tenant info” for information about what is happening around the marina.
  4. Pump Out Solutions – The board of directors is currently looking at options to resolve the on going issues with the boat pump out system.  Currently the L dock in slip pump out system has been taken offline. The pull up pump and M dock pump out system are currently functioning properly. The pull up pump out system located next to the 5 Star office between K & L dock is available to all boat owners.  Boats may access the system between K and L dock or on the shore side of the main walkway.
